Your Mission
Set the direction for project execution, ensuring every event is flawlessly planned and perfectly aligned with brand objectives.

Oversee large-scale projects from concept to completion—managing teams, budgets, timelines, and supplier partnerships.
Ensure every project exceeds expectations, delivering experiences that are unforgettable and commercially successful.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Team Management
Provide technical, operational, and strategic leadership to execute high-profile projects.
Build and lead a dynamic team, ensuring seamless collaboration across all project phases.
Optimize business processes and develop growth strategies to enhance THH’s project capabilities.
Identify training needs, foster a high-performance culture, and mentor future leaders.
Project Planning & Delivery
Oversee full-cycle event planning—requirements definition, workflow implementation, and deadline management.
Translate client briefs into bold, strategic proposals that deliver maximum impact.
Develop and manage event timelines, supplier negotiations, and on-site execution.
Ensure all logistical elements, from venues to permits, are flawlessly aligned.
Financial Management & Growth Strategy
Oversee project P&L, maximizing profitability while maintaining top-tier execution.
Identify and drive new revenue opportunities through strategic planning and innovation.
Conduct monthly project reviews to maintain financial accountability and operational excellence.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
Client Relationship Management
Strengthen and grow client relationships, positioning THH as the go-to partner for experiential events.
Stay ahead of industry trends, advising clients on groundbreaking strategies and activations.
Foster internal collaboration between creative, production, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all projects adhere to safety, compliance, and legal requirements.
Secure necessary permits and licenses to guarantee seamless execution.
Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project success.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in large-scale event planning and execution.
A track record of delivering high-profile, complex projects with precision.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
A problem-solving mindset—able to pivot, adapt, and execute under pressure.
Financial expertise—budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing project ROI.
