Job Description
JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for day-to-day operations and community coordination activities across assigned properties under ACM’s management.
Track, document, and follow up on community issues, initiatives, and service requests.
Coordinate and communicate regularly with Owners Affairs (OA) Committees to ensure timely and quality delivery of community services.
Organize and facilitate OA meetings, record meeting minutes, maintain official correspondence, and follow through on assigned action points.
Liaise with ARRA and local authorities and provide required reports and updates whenever required.
Handle unit owners/tenants and residents’ complaints/escalations and deal day today requirements and complaints.
Attend to and resolve unit owner, tenant, and resident complaints/escalations professionally and in a timely manner.
Conduct facility inspections, snagging and de-snagging as part of handover, move-in/move-out, and regular assessments.
Conduct regular site visits and supervise third-party contractors to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Closely monitor FM and security service operations to ensure scope of work and SLAs are met, escalating performance issues where necessary.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers on facility-related variation works, ensuring timely approvals, scheduled access, and work quality.
Oversee all day-to-day facilities activities including scheduling, task assignment, and issue resolution.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the Community Manager/FM Engineers regarding service quality, contractor performance, and operational status.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in support of community management goals.
Support in the execution of special projects and tasks as required.
Monitoring of routine, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in coordination with the FM team.
Engage residents and stakeholders to gather feedback on service delivery and areas of improvement.
Plan and oversee MEP and civil maintenance activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all repair works.
Liaising with clients for feedback of the quality of service.
Site visits, supervise the projects by third party contractors and check the quality of jobs.
Execute other relevant job-related tasks assigned by management as necessary.
Competencies
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
M-100 is an essential and other RERA certification and CMCA is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
Min.
3-years’ experience community and OA management.
Fluent in English.
Bilingual is an added advantage
Holding a valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Technical understanding of facilities management systems.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Capability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements in the UAE and local emirates.
