Experience: 15+ years in HR, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in Saudi Arabia. Management Scale: Experience managing organizations with thousands of employees. Industry Background: Oil and gas industry experience valued. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dhahran. Skills: Strong leadership and transformational skills. Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written. In accordance with Saudi labour regulations, this position must be filled by a Saudi national.
