This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization's staffing needs are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talentSource candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidatesCoordinate and manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offersContinuously improve and update recruitment processesProvide regular reports to management on recruitment metricsCollaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldEnglish C1/C22-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related fieldStrong understanding of recruitment principles and best practicesStrong sourcing and networking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong project management skillsProficient in relevant computer software and toolsExperience in a specific industry is a plusProfessional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus
