Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Certification or formal training in Human Resources is required.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
