This is the place for you.About the role:Your primary responsibility will be to ensure cohesive implementation of the People Team strategy across our markets in MEA and our global functions Having developed a deep understanding of our company strategy and goals, you will support the GCPO to craft objectives and goals for the People Directors and partners in MEA, which you will then be responsible for driving. You will play an active role in shaping and refining people processes across the group and will assist on the people streams of any M&A activity in MEA.What you will do:Monitor and assess overall colleague engagement - leading a team of People Directors in our MEA markets to manage and improve critical engagement drivers and overall colleague experience within their specific OpCosCo-create with the central people team and the business, innovative interventions to address:Business and colleague performance managementStrategic workforce planningOperating model and org design topicsValues and culture alignmentReward and recognition opportunitiesAct in a senior advisory capacity to our executive teams when neededIdentify opportunities for our organisation to work collaboratively and effectively based on your deep understanding of the business need/proximity to internal customerLead your team by setting ambitious goals and clear direction with a well defined work methodologyWork closely with our internal communications team to ensure our values are embedded in our language and accessible to colleaguesMonitor and proactively identify opportunities to drive high levels of colleague retention and apply rigour to our talent acquisition processesLead transformationEmbody our values and act as a role model to the rest of the team on values aligned behavioursWhat you will need:Bachelor degree in Business Management, HR Management, Organizational Psychology10+ years of experience in both HR generalist and employee experience consultancy roles, preferably in consultancy environmentsExperience of organizational transformation and change programsExperience in M&A activities from due diligence to integrationHigh levels of resourcefulness, influence/organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) as well as executive presence/impactStrong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate people and business strategies
