Job Title: Sales CoordinatorLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 4,000 - 6,000Job Code: 296/002/916Industry: Exhibitions & EventsJob Brief:Our client in the exhibitions and events industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to streamline sales operations and support the team in delivering exceptional client service. This role is central to the coordination between management, sales, design, and production teams to ensure a smooth workflow from lead generation to project execution. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing communications across departments to keep projects on track.Job Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and internal departments (design, production, and operations) to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and followed through.Review incoming leads from various sources and assign them to the appropriate team members or departments.Support the sales team in drafting proposals, preparing quotations, and coordinating tender documentation.Coordinate project timelines, resource requirements, and client deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.Monitor sales pipelines and CRM systems to track inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to support business development efforts.Maintain accurate records of communications, contracts, invoices, and internal updates.Assist management in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analysis.Participate in internal planning and project review meetings to ensure alignment across teams.Handle client queries with professionalism, ensuring timely and efficient responses.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or client servicing role, ideally within the exhibitions, events, or creative industries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and build rapport with clients.Highly organized with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
