Role Overview
We're expanding our partner ecosystem and seeking experienced HR Solutions Sales Partners to help introduce SupportFinity to enterprise customers.
You’ll play a key role in our go-to-market strategy by leveraging your network and expertise to identify, qualify, and refer potential clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for consultants, advisors, and industry experts who want to generate recurring revenue by aligning with a category-defining platform.
What You’ll Do
Introduce SupportFinity to your network of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement leaders
Refer qualified leads and assist with early-stage conversations as needed
Collaborate with our sales and partnerships team to ensure a smooth handoff
Educate prospects on the benefits of switching from legacy ATS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Help shape our outreach and co-marketing efforts with insights from the field
Who You Are
A trusted advisor with strong connections in HR, recruitment, or enterprise software
You’ve sold or implemented ATS, HRIS, or SaaS platforms in the past
You understand the challenges of enterprise hiring and how AI can solve them
A great communicator who can open doors and influence decision-makers
