HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.The HR Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits and compensation and administration.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.Administer employee benefits, such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and end-of-service benefits.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.Prepare HR-related reports and analyses to support business decision-making.Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.Manage all governmental related programs such as HRDF and Tawteen. Manage all governmental related portals such as Qiuwa, GOSI and more.Required Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role.Thorough knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in the use of HR software and data management tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
