Job DescriptionSupervise the in process (returning goods from the stores & DCs to the returns warehouse) & the out process (delivering to vendors or write-off) to ensure timely and proper handling of the returns.AccountabilitiesWarehouse Management:Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies.Ensure the returns accuracy by comparing what was entered to the system by the pharmacist to what was entered to the system at the warehouse (items and numbers), in order to ensure that there is no discrepancy.Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.Supervise the receipt of goods from stores by supervising sorting and data entry on the system, in order to ensure the proper handling of returns.Handle discrepancy in returned goods by communicating with the customer service department who in turn communicate with the pharmacist to handle discrepancies.Ensure sorting process accuracy by conducting spot checks in order to ensure that sorting is conducted in the proper manner.Ensure the accuracy of the numbers on the system by monitoring the returns to the suppliers in order to update the inventory on the system.Cross Functional Alignment:Perform the yearly returns closing in coordination with the finance and commercial departments, in order to ensure proper closing, and that all returns have been properly recorded in order to avoid incurring losses.Analyze the returns process in order to pinpoint the suppliers with the most damaged goods and report to the commercial team.Update the system based on reports from the commercial department regarding items that are not returned to the supplier, by contacting the IT department to subtract them from the system, in order to keep the system updated.Health & Safety:Create a safe working environment by following up on return warehouse staff in order to ensure that they abide to established safety procedures and techniques, as well as correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor.Ensure compliance to SFDA requirements by monitoring the work environment to ensure the proper operating temperature, humidity level…etc.Department Management:Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assignedWork EnvironmentIndoors : 90%Outdoors : 10%Working Days : 5 Working DaysDays off : 2 Days OffWorking Hours : 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 hour break)Job RequirementEducationHigh School DegreeExperience4 Years of ExperienceComputer SkillsMS OfficeLanguagesEnglish (Basic)Arabic
