We envision a global expansion where what we do surpasses norms and limitations every time.Our Mission: To radically transform how people live by leveraging technology to connect them with endless possibilities.Values We Live ByBe Customer Obsessed - “Focus on the customer and all else will follow.”Act with Integrity - “We are honest, ethical, and trustworthy in everything we do.”Be Curious and Creative - “We constantly innovate and create solutions to bring a lasting positive impact.”Lead by Example and Take Ownership - “Be the change you want to see and take ownership.”Work Smart and Deliver Results - “You can do more by doing less, better, and faster.”It's all about people - “Be a Team player, together we are stronger.”The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is ToLeading the development of marketing plans which includes planning and executing an annual calendar of campaigns and events, optimizing for local and seasonal events and brand building activityReviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementationEnsure the execution against a promotional & value strategy, working with the merchant partners to drive value for our customersWorking with our in-house creative departments to develop integrated campaignsWorking with the in-house social media team to build activity to support campaignsAligning the offline and online team in the ongoing campaigns to optimize customer messages and return on investmentBuild a close relationship with the partnership team to plan tactical activity in response to market conditions.Working with the in-house PR departments to find PR opportunities to increase brand exposure, awareness and affinityWorking with product marketing team to track usage & performance of the promo and QR codesShare post campaign analysis and reporting learnings to the businessUpdating senior management for marketing activities, performance and strategies Prepare quarterly offline marketing budget, distribute the budget within the team and monitor the spent on a monthly basisEnsure event display accurately represents our brandSourcing talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across the teamWorking to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.Do you have some of these:Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in QatarMinimum bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fieldsMinimum 2 year experience in leading marketing team Proven experience in delivering digital projects and productsProven experience using a range of agile project management methodsProven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguityUnderstanding of the digital landscapeExperience in matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams
