It’s what moves us forward!Our Mission: ???? almentor is on a mission to increase accessibility to affordable quality education for Arabic-speaking communities.Job PurposeWe are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner who will ensure that the Recruitment Machine is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value in our growth phase! And who will support with Talent Retention and Employer Branding activities. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be in charge of:Own the recruitment process; including job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, job offers, and hiring.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.Design job descriptions, job cards and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.Improve the recruitment process and provide an exceptional candidate experienceResponsible for employees onboarding & induction programs.Support with company employer branding and benefits scheme Understand the culture of the company and deliver HR initiatives to enhance team engagementThe ideal candidate will have4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitmentBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldExperience with hiring technical roles is a mustExperience with ATS and LinkedInPrevious startup/ SaaS experience is preferredExperience with Talent Retention and Employer branding is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent command of English, written and spokenWhy join us?Join us in our ambitious mission to impact 10 million learners, actively contributing to the evolution of online education in Arabic within the MENA regionWork with a talented team in a dynamic and innovative work environmentFlexible work arrangementsFamily Medical insuranceAccess to a wide range of courses on our platform
