Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a frontrunner in designing and delivering top-tier process heating systems in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a experienced Project Engineer (Process Heating Solutions) to drive project success, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-schedule completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships, ensuring client needs are met.
- Monitor project budgets, report financial status, and address any discrepancies.
- Manage equipment procurement and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline project execution.
- Ensure engineering standards are met and manage the submission of necessary project documentation.
- Work closely with project teams to achieve budget and schedule targets.
- Keep clients informed on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years in project engineering or management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology for project management.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Solid foundation in mathematics, thermodynamics, and engineering principles.
- Fluent in English.

Job Requirements
Skills
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- A proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, coupled with an extensive network within the UAE's MEP consulting, lighting design, specifier, and real estate development communities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of LED lighting products and their diverse applications
- A self-starter attitude, driven by results, and capable of autonomous work.
- Familiarity with UAE construction and lighting industry norms and regulations.
