Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Asset Management located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.Responsibilities:Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio.Lead a team of asset managers and analysts to analyze, evaluate, and monitor the performance of assets.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and investors.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Manage the financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and implement asset enhancement strategies to increase the value and appeal of properties.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
