We are seeking an experienced and talented individual, responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and internal controls, to ensure the financial health of the businesses. You will also manage an accounting team. Our culture is fast-paced and exciting, our people are lively, industrious and knowledgeable with a collaborative approach to reach our business ambitions. You will report directly to the Directors. The Role Managing all Finance and Accounting Operations Preparing and publish, with assistance of our junior team, monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsManagement and oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable management, sales ledger, purchase ledger etc.Support month-end and year-end close processLiaise with external auditors for Financial Audit Forecasting future financial performancePreparing financial forecasts for prospective investors Investor portfolio management and reportingManage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filingsInter-company account managementFinancial Analysis & Reviews of BorrowersAbility to present to key stakeholders and investorsRecommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performanceYouPrevious Financial Controller experience required, 5+ yearsExperience working for a lending business is helpful, however not essentialExperience working for UK businessesFully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent)Xero experience essentialExperience of controlling the finance function from transactional levelExperience of managing a team Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levelsDedicated and flexible work attitude towards completion of deliverablesAble to demonstrate strong business acumen  Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the groupPro active to enhance business performance  BenefitsCompetitive salary (300,000-400,000 AED pa), dependent on experienceGenerous holiday allowance
