Liaison with customers for any challenges in repayment and agree on payment plans with customers and ensure that they are adhered to. Ensure all allotted accounts are reconciled and disputes are identified and followed up, if not resolved within 45 -60 days from the invoice date, then they must be listed and escalated to the credit managerResolution of queries to facilitate payments from customersPriorities and managing a challenging workload whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfactionLiaison and communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain an accurate position on customer accountsMonthly Forecasting of Collections. Insurance management and system maintenance for the active portfolio. Ensure that all prepared communications are accurately recorded/documented in a timely manner. Ensures Purchase and Sales orders processing from credit within stipulated SLA timelines. Preparing periodic credit reports for analysis. Which Talent do you bring?You have at minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Credit. You are a graduate of finance, economics, or accounting. You have knowledge of gulf market and preferably in IT SectorYou have Good communication, Decision-making skills and are able to handle pressure. You are a strong ‘customer-first’ mentality able to utilize your relationships to drive results.
