Essential skills and attributes:
A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Xero and Xero add-ons

Job Requirements
Job responsibilities:
Leading the administrative part of company’s operations in cooperation with company management and heads of respective teams. Forming and implementing a vision on the administrative processes in the company in accordance with the group’s policy and corporate culture. Fulfilling various functional responsibilities as follows:
Bookkeeping:
- - Invoicing the customers, following up on licenses extensions
- - Bank statements updates
- - Arranging for regular payments
- - Managing docflow/paperwork
- - Communicating with other offices of the group on reconciliations and other accounting coop
- - Providing the management with reports on the financials
- - Cooperation with auditing companies
- - Managing the VAT workflow – calculations, payments
HR and corporate:
- - Managing the paperwork/DMCC procedures for hiring and onboarding the personnel
- - Coop with DMCC departments on providing the necessary docs for employees upon request
- - Licenses renewals with regards to DMCC operations
- - Payroll administration
- - Administrating leaves, sick-leaves, payables schedules across the company
- - Providing the headcount follow-ups to HQ
Administration and executive:
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for the team
- Debt collection administration across multiple functional teams Enforcing the company's rules of work and schedules as per the management policy
- Handling communication with legal advisors for the company Digital archives management
