Job Description

Essential skills and attributes:

A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Xero and Xero add-ons
  • Good business acumen with a genuine interest in small business and a natural ability to connect with SME business owners
  • Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
  • A natural high attention to detail
  • Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable written and personal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in technology and innovation
  • Understanding of IFRS Standards
  • Languages: English, Russian

Job Requirements

Job responsibilities:

Leading the administrative part of company’s operations in cooperation with company management and heads of respective teams. Forming and implementing a vision on the administrative processes in the company in accordance with the group’s policy and corporate culture. Fulfilling various functional responsibilities as follows: 

Bookkeeping:

  • -  Invoicing the customers, following up on licenses extensions 
  • -  Bank statements updates 
  • -  Arranging for regular payments 
  • -  Managing docflow/paperwork 
  • -  Communicating with other offices of the group on reconciliations and other accounting coop 
  • -  Providing the management with reports on the financials 
  • -  Cooperation with auditing companies 
  • -  Managing the VAT workflow – calculations, payments 

HR and corporate:

  • -  Managing the paperwork/DMCC procedures for hiring and onboarding the personnel 
  • -  Coop with DMCC departments on providing the necessary docs for employees upon request 
  • -  Licenses renewals with regards to DMCC operations 
  • -  Payroll administration 
  • - Administrating leaves, sick-leaves, payables schedules across the company
  • - Providing the headcount follow-ups to HQ

Administration and executive:

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for the team
  • Debt collection administration across multiple functional teams Enforcing the company's rules of work and schedules as per the management policy
  • Handling communication with legal advisors for the company Digital archives management
