- Supervising the administrative and field implementation of the project.
- Follow up on the implementation of the project plan, update it, and display plan follow-up reports throughout the project duration
- Preparing periodic completion reports and final reports on the project
- Coordination with various units, departments and divisions to achieve project objectives
- Manage project costs with constant updating of the budget
- Identifying the risks expected to occur in the project, means of preventing their occurrence, and developing alternative plans if they actually occur.
- Drafting letters addressed by the official to other departments
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
- Negotiate project specifications.
- Responsible for issuing the owner’s and contractors’ extracts according to the scheduled dates
