Job Description
- Lead the development, implementation of BIM standards and protocols specific to MEP disciplines (Mechanical and Electrical).
- Oversee the creation and management of 3D models, Sheets, ensuring accuracy, clash detection, and coordination of MEP systems with other disciplines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in MEP-related BIM processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project workflows and resolve design conflicts.
- Manage the MEP engineering production procedures and operations for both mechanical and electrical teams.
- Provide the required technical support to the team and clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in MEP projects (Design and shop drawings) through international engineering firms in EGYPT and KSA.
- Advanced knowledge of BIM technology.
- PMP, MBA, master certificate or any relevant degrees is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to manage multi disciplines, multi mega projects.
