Job Description

  • service center manager for CZECH SERVICE CENTER for ( vw - skoda - audi - seat ) which has two branches abu rawash & kattamya 

    - Assisting with or performing administrative tasks
    - managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory
    - Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activitie
    - Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology)
  • - Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
  • - Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
