### **Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and critical path analysis.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize project timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.

### **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- **5-7 years of experience** in project planning and scheduling within the **MEP construction** industry.
- Proficiency in planning software such as **Primavera P6**, **Microsoft Project**, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
