Job Description
- A professional construction will be responsible to set the project plan & ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Preparing time schedules, updating them, and reporting to all project parties.
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
- Monitor work progress vs time schedule, maintaining financial management and regularly reporting to the project manager
- Handling variation orders and invoices with the consultant and the project manager.
- Preparing a written narrative of substantial Extension of Time (EOT) Claims including all supporting evidences with Particulars
- Undertaking the negotiation process for EOT and cost
- Analyzing, assessing and replying to the Subcontractor Claims and. negotiate on financial impacts of delay events with subcontractors
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil /architecture engineering or similar degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using MS Project or Primavera P3 or P6 and MS Excel
- Using MS Project to manage an integrated master schedule and the supporting detailed schedules
- Extremely proficient in MS Office
