Job Description
- Recording daily progress and preparing the site daily report .
- Preparing contract baselines schedule and / or revised schedule .
- Preparing the update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates .
- Preparing and updating progress performance curves and KPIS in co-ordination with the lead planner to monitor project's performance .
- Preparing time schedule for mega projects .
- Highlighting to the project management about “ out of sequence ” and implementing the required corrective actions .
- Liaising and assisting the project controls manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports along with budget preparation and maintaining proper planning records .
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Demand Planner
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Demand Planner
