Generate, perform and follow up the preventive maintenance activities such as:

• Perform inspection tasks by himself & follow up the implementation of safety procedures. 
• Perform routine preventive & predictive maintenance tasks during the scheduled stoppages, according to maintenance plan, overhauling plan and revamping plan.
• Prepare and fulfill the general inspection check list (during running) including oil and lubricant analysis and do inspection based on visual inspection and overview of the site equipment's during normal operation and specific check list (during running or stoppage) which is based on detailed inspection, according to the type of each equipment individually.
• Apply the Mechanical First Level inspection during equipment's running and stoppages, performing essential inspection (sight, hearing, touching and smelling), prepare and register the work order on SAP system by priority and time needed to solve it.
• Apply the mechanical specific inspection during equipment running or stoppages, performing quantitative inspection with measuring tools for example (wear, thickness, gab, alignment, shore, leveling, etc.…), prepare and register the work order on SAP system by priority and time needed to solve it.
• Prepare a report with all troubleshoots during inspection stoppage including priority and time needed to solve it. - Prepare and keep a historical report for all equipment's troubleshoot.
• Initiate & prepare weekly, monthly & annual maintenance plan. 
• Generate and prepare overhauling activities such as defining maintenance activities, define spare parts needs and arrange all kiln stoppage activities in cooperation with planning Sector according to priority.
• Monitor and analyze daily troubleshoots submitted in a report prepared by CCR, Production or Electrical Shift Leaders, prepare and register the PMO (Preventive Maintenance Order) on SAP system according to troubleshoots priority, time needed to solve it and needed spare parts, as well as prepare the work order on SAP system.
• Perform and reporting root cause analysis for failures, troubleshooting & chronic problems in sufficient methods as well as (5 ways, fishbone, parrito , etc….)
