Job Description
- Managing and solving all Complaints (If repeated for same reason)
- Manage daily ,weekly and monthly performance for all Technicians (KPIs)
- Controlling Spare Parts availability
- Allocating and scheduling the technician visits based on alignment with Call Center Part
- Tracking the customer Satisfaction level
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical , Electronics)
- Good English & Ms. Office Skills
- Communication & Leadership Skills
- Experience in Consumer Electronics field (3 Years at least in service center management)
- Cairo or Giza Resident
