Job Description
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining goals, objectives, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Establish project milestones and deliverables to ensure progress tracking and accountability.
- Create risk management strategies to address potential obstacles and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including Hospital Management, Project leads and different project teams..
- Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure alignment of project objectives and expectations.
- Address stakeholder concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and allocation of resources for optimal efficiency.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including functional and operational teams staffed on projects under delegation from projects lead.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet project milestones.
- Foster a collaborative work environment conducive to creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities and resources to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Adjust schedules and resource allocations as necessary to optimize project efficiency and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
- Generate regular status reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date for audit and reference purposes.
- Proactively identify and address conflicts or issues that may arise during project execution.
- Facilitate open communication and negotiation to resolve conflicts among project team members or stakeholders.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Document best practices and areas for improvement to inform future projects and enhance organizational knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certificate in Project management is an asset.
Skills & Experiences:
- Strong leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Strong Planning capability.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to LTC or hospital scope is an asset.
- Customer focused, with strong commitment on patient centered care & quality of care improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
