Job Description
Manage end-to-end light current projects from initial design through installation, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Supervise site activities and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation to senior management.
Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters related to projects.
Support in technical review of tender documents and provide input for proposals when needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in light current systems project management, preferably within the facility management industry.
Strong technical knowledge of light current systems: CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Public Address, and Structured Cabling.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (MS Project is a plus).
PMP Certification is an advantage.
