About the Role:

Systems Engineering of Egypt (SEE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced LC Business Unit Manager to lead and grow our Light Current division. If you have a strong technical background in low-current systems, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful projects, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the LC team’s efforts in providing design and value engineering for Light Current solutions.
• Ensure the LC team engages with clients to review their requirements, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the LC team to recommend technical solutions that align with customer needs and add value.
• Coordinate with vendors to explore technical solutions and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Assist the sales team by participating in client meetings and technical discussions to support the sales process.
• Provide ongoing support to the Operations and Procurement teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor all project implementation phases to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage and grow the Light Current business pipeline to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement enablement plans, including training and certification programs, to enhance the skills of technical and architectural teams.
• Support strategic planning for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and aligning initiatives with overall company objectives.
