Our after sales brand, MAN PrimeServ offers a vast network of service centers to our customers all over the world.Job ResponsibilitiesWe can offer you the following tasks:Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.Maintain machine tools in proper operational conditionCheck work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated or cooled.Diagnose machine tool malfunctions to determine need for adjustments or repairs.Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts.Fit and assemble parts to make or repair machine tools.Set up or operate metalworking, brazing, heat-treating, welding, or cutting equipment.Support metalworking projects from planning and fabrication through assembly, inspection, and testing, using knowledge of machine functions, metal properties and mathematics.Separate scrap waste and related materials for reuse, recycling, or disposal.Evaluate machining procedures and recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability.Dismantle machines or equipment, using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and replace defective parts where needed.Install repaired parts into equipment or install new equipment.Familiarize, understand and implement safety, and environment policy, procedures, legal regulations and objectives applicable to areas of responsibility.You can help us with these qualifications:Seasoned technician with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing / machinesDetailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levelsUnderstand and gain knowledge about engineering products, equipment, customer base and applicable processesAble to carry out instructionsExcellent skills set required in areas defined in competence profileCooperative and team orientationInterpersonal, as well as intercultural skillsGood coordination, organization and communication skillsAbility to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrityThat Is Important To UsIntegrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
