Job DescriptionJob Summary-We are looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress who is fluent in Russian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Responsibility- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure prompt service. Serve food and beverages to customers. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service. Upsell menu items and specials to customers. Process payments and operate the cash register. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent overall dining experience.Candidate Requirements- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress. Fluency in Russian and good command of English. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
