Job DescriptionVP - Strategy & TransformationDeveloper of decision-making frameworks and generator of data driven insights. Valuable contributor to the integration and value creation plan execution, reporting to SVP Transformation.Support the Transformation Office and the broader organization in making material decisions with objective insights and continued alignment of business owners,finance business partners, and shareholdersResponsibilitiesIntegration ManagementSynergies RealizationWork with Finance business partners and business leads to track synergies and integration-related costs (capex and opex)Generate ideas for incremental (and/or accelerated) synergies and validate with business leadsHelp integration workstream leads prioritise activities according to a risk-return framework developed by the Transformation OfficeStakeholder ManagementShape agenda and discussion materials for Integration Steering Committee, Executive Committee, and other governance groupsValue CreationDevelopment of fact-base and insightsEnable data-driven decisions to support each value creation pillar identified in the shareholders’ investment thesisMonitor external data (macroeconomic, payments industry, emerging technologies and competitors) to incorporate into the fact-baseGenerate “next steps” and insights to make progress on the value creation plan and/or identify external partnership opportunitiesBusiness/investment caseCreate business case for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment of expected returns and execution risks with business ownersBuild highly robust financial models and develop outputs akin to those used in Investment Committee reviewsPresent conclusions from business case assessments in a structured manner????Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Relevant industry experience in payments or adjacent financial technologyFinancial modelling for M&A, business planning and investment purposesStructured thinking: segmenting a problem into logical and digestible bucketsCommunication skills: precise yet informative style of presentationExperience with a diverse group of people (socio-economic background, countries / cultures of origin, seniority in organisation)Required Principles / ValuesCares more about accurate / inaccurate than credits / blamesStraight talking but understands emotions matterStrives for mutual understanding, not for convincing / influencingSeeks opinions from the best, not the most vocalCares about craftsmanship and quality of work productTakes time to analyse mistakesEmbraces ambiguityHas a bias for action with ownership
