Role Overview:
As a Junior Social Media Marketer & Lead Generation Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving outbound customer reach. You will use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, manage interactions with potential leads, and optimize website performance through SEO and content strategies. This role also involves supporting business development initiatives and acting as a brand ambassador across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Develop and post high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms using AI tools
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content aligns with company goals
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Lead Generation & Interaction Management:
- Identify and engage with potential leads through targeted outreach and interaction
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads effectively
- Respond promptly to inquiries and nurture relationships with prospects
Outbound Customer Reach & Business Development:
- Assist in planning and executing outbound sales campaigns to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion rates
- Support business development efforts by researching market opportunities and identifying growth areas
Website Management & SEO Optimization:
- Manage website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, informative, and optimized for search engines
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic
- Analyze website performance metrics and propose improvements
Remote Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work remotely from Egypt while maintaining clear communication with the team
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, lead generation activities, and campaign outcomes
