Job Description
Synopsis: Covoro is entering the UAE market and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development representative to lead our growth in the region. You'll be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, building new client relationships, leveraging internal references, and driving scalable revenue growth in the UAE. A background in or strong understanding of finance/accounting will be a significant plus, given the nature of our offering. Who you are: ● 6 to 8 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in UAE or GCC ● Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles ● Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting processes, or finance-led services ● Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills ● Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a growth-stage company. ● Local UAE experience or network is a strong advantage ● Ability to scale with a team, build region-specific sales or pre-sales capabilities over time ● Enthusiastic about continuous learning, market trends, and evolving customer expectations What will you do: ● Own and execute the go-to-market plan for UAE ● Generate and close B2B opportunities through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups, and referral-based growth ● Build strong relationships with CXOs, finance heads, HR leaders and procurement teams ● Use Covoro’s existing reference clients to open doors and build trust in the UAE market ● Lead end-to-end sales process, from discovery, demos, proposal creation to closure ● Understand customer business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly. ● Collaborate with delivery, finance and marketing teams to ensure post-sale success and local alignment ● Attend key networking events, conferences, or partner meetings to grow brand presence. ● Provide feedback from the market to shape pricing, product messaging, and partnership models Why Covoro:● Opportunity to own a new market and shape strategy on the ground ● Work closely with the leadership team and influence growth direction ● Be part of a fast-growing, impact-driven organization with a clear mission ● Attractive incentives for revenue ownership and long-term success About GSTHero, now named Covoro:GST Hero is a Perennial's initiative to assist Businesses / Tax Consultants / Chartered Accountants in making them compliant with ease through the efficient use of technology.
