The GAC Group is an equal opportunity employer.About The JobAs the HR & Admin Coordinator for Talent Programmes at GAC Group, you will be integral in supporting the development, implementation and management of our talent initiatives and HR administrative functions. This role is crucial for enhancing the employee experience, coordinating talent development programmes and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will act as a key liaison between department management, employees and external partners to maintain effective HR administration.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers and external recruiters.Process budget approvals for recruitment needs.Use advanced recruitment tools and methods to screen and select candidates.Provide coverage for the HR Specialist as needed.Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials and performance reviews.Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating job fairs and preparing offer letters.Support HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.Conduct job analysis, assist in creating and updating job descriptions, and review Employee Handbooks annually.Conduct probationary reviews and performance appraisals in collaboration with line managers.Identify training needs through appraisals and regular consultations with stakeholders.Act as a liaison between the GAC Academy, external training vendors and employees to ensure appropriate training is arranged. Coordinate all training activities with internal and external providersJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.Proven HR coordination or talent management experience.Knowledge of UAE Labour law and IT sector recruitment.Excellent English communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
