Security Operations Center Manager (SOC) - SAUDI ARABIA

QualitySearch & Partners is looking for a Security Operations Center manager for our client, a leader in the technological solutions sector with a focus on the Saudi market, known for its diverse portfolio in electrical, electromechanical, telecommunications, instrumentation, and oilfield components.As a SOC Manager, youll be at the helm of orchestrating a defense against cyber threats. Your leadership will not only guide the SOC operations but also shape the strategies in threat management, incident response, and notification processes, elevating our security posture and ensuring the safeguarding of our digital and physical assets.Oversee the daily operations of the SOC, ensuring continuous monitoring and analysis of potential threats. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a robust security posture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement comprehensive threat management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve security incidents promptly. Evaluate, implement, and manage security technologies and tools to enhance the capabilities of the SOC and ensure the organizations security posture. Develop and mentor SOC team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with other departments to integrate security considerations into the broader organizational framework. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. More than 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in security operations and incident management. Proven track record of managing a Security Operations Center and leading a team in a dynamic and challenging environment. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to a broad audience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to threat detection and incident resolution.
