Job Description
Role Description:Provide technical assistance, support, Maintenance to related of the computer system, software and hardware, environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT System and Cloud. You will be responsible for administration and internal support. Responsibilities: Need to have good knowledge theoretical and practical experience. Knowledge on infrastructure task regarding OS windows, Linux, Mac, IIS, Web servers, Clustering, NLB, Raid controller, SAN storage, NAS storage, Blade Server’s, Rack server, and Backup devices. Patch Management, Exchange server, Office 365 E5, Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, services Endpoint servers, EDR and Vulnerability assessment etc.Patching application, Server and workstation based on the company policy. Testing the patches before rollout to organization level. Need to follow best practice guideline all manners with Help Security Admin in developingsystem level policies, procedures best practice and hardening of servers. ITIL and MOF framework well knowledge, Document and follow internal procedures. Cloud services experience Google cloud and Microsoft cloud. Knowledge on Antivirus End point & EDR solution and international standard products. Well knowledge experienced MAC OS, Mobile devices well knowledge. Need to handle daily operations. Give priority assign task, pending work Report needs to submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity Need to maintain check list daily base and improve accordingly CCTV and access control need to maintain, monitor, health test daily bases. Maintain inventory of all datacenter equipment and cloud, software and licenses all applications. licenses and hardware’s, warranty need to renewal before expiring in advance Need support for purchasing hardware’s and software’s for preparing RFP technicalspecification Need support for evaluation any IT project Office 365 E5, MS Team, One Drive, MS PowerPoint, Visio, and Project management. Install, test, and configure new workstations, servers, network devices peripheral equipment and software. Familiar with active directory. Knowledge on Server virtualization Hyper and VMware Knowledge on Office 365 and Exchange Mailing system. Backup system & Restore. Microsoft Azure Qualifications: Educational certification bachelor’s degree Senior Number of years’ experience 10 years to 15 yearsAny Certification such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure cloud, Google Cloud, Endpoint, Linux, optional Network certificate,Storage Hardware certification, Vulnerability management Endpoint Solution System SecurityITILv4 certification is preferred.
