Job description: Main Purpose of Job The Training Coordinator Supervisor is pivotal in optimizing training program planning and execution at the Academy. This role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring effective communication, and fostering positive learning experiences. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial. Collaboration with stakeholders, including trainers and participants, is essential, requiring strong communication skills. The role includes planning events and managing logistical tasks. Adaptability to changes, problem-solving, and handling dynamic situations are key aspects. While primarily office-based, the coordinator may handle physical aspects related to event logistics and frequently uses technology for scheduling and record-keeping, requiring proficiency in relevant software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Streamline planning and execution of training programs.2. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events.3. Ensure efficient logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.4. Communicate effectively with trainers and participants.5. Properly coordinate resources, managing venues, materials, and equipment.6. Assist in program development to enhance the delivery of impactful learning experiences.7. Track attendance and collect participant feedback.8. Foster a positive environment for both trainers and participants.9. Handle inquiries and provide information on training opportunities.10. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.11. Perform other tasks as required.    Experience: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a training coordination role or a related field.- Experience in coordinating and planning training programs, managing logistics, and ensuring positive participant experiences. Familiarity with program development is a plus.   Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.- Professional certificate in Project Management and Event Management.
