Job Description

PURPOSE OF WORKManage, provide and administer technical and developmental support to the Company’s e-learning Programs and SAP-LSO System.Design IT and System Applications based programs that are both current and useful and to training Company’s staff on these programs - in liaison with the IT/SAP of Technical Department.Develop communication and knowledge based materials to be used by Samref staff on the above areas and produce effective e-learning programs as required by the Company. REGULAR ASSIGNED DUTIESManage the Company’s e-learning programs through the use of LMS to maximize utilization and to ensure that the e-learning stations are able to provide reliable and effective e-learning programs and services by building and maintaining good business relationship with the major e-learning developers and providers to acquire and establish state of the art e-learning resources.Assist training consultants and staff to identify, recommend, and acquire e-learning courses for all disciplines and develop and continuously improve support material for each course conducted by T&CD.Conduct and/or arrange for computer training courses, i.e. MS Office / SharePoint, Lotus Notes, SAP Fundamentals, Job-related or Blended courses for Samref employees and Trainees and to update and align these programs based on Samref’s requirementsDevelop communication and knowledge based materials to be shared to all staff in the area of e-learning and general leadership/management/ITInstall and operate PC related software as well as any other necessary e-learning resources, hardware and software.Ensure all training actions/plans for Administration CP & W and F & A employees are completed and updated in SAP accordingly and make recommendations to the IT/SAP group where necessaryEnsure accurate and updated data is available through SAP and to produce quarterly and overall reports on Company’s e-learning Programs – to make recommendations based on these reports for the consideration of management as and when requestedAssist in administrating and the arranging onsite/offsite/in-kingdom/out-kingdom training activities including developing course objectives, communication with vendors, registration and evaluating and make recommendation based on pre and post course evaluation/activities EDUCATION: Minimum of bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management Information System or Human Resources EXPERIENCES: Fresh graduate with less than 2 years experience.
