Your JobAs Regional Transformation Manager you will report into the Operations Director AME. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoSupervise of Transformation team to drive transformation projects.Support & Work with Operations team to find new opportunities to transform/improve competitive position.Apply skills/Experiences to work with ABM team to change the way we work from manual to be automated – float, Mirror, Lami, Warehouse & Shipping OperationLeading Global scalable projects management on execution phase.Connect with Operation team on transformation roadmap, support on the execution to meet the expectations.Leverage the global transformation capabilities and the knowledge sharing/best practices within the different operations teams in a cross functional manner. Support the plant to encourage the bottom up approach to create more transformative and continues improvement ideas, shared with the rest of local transformation leaders for potential opportunities.
