ABOUT THE ROLEAssociations International (AI) is an association management company based in Lexington, KY, who partners with non-profit trade and career associations. Our job is to help those non-profits meet their mission and grow their membership through the work of our talented, dedicated team. Our client partner, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is seeking a Regional Manager to join the ICF Professional Coaches team. The Regional Manager acts as the the day-to-day Communication and Operations liaison to selected chapters. The Regional Manager focuses on regional and chapter support in line with strategic initiatives deriving from the ICF Strategic Plan, with the objective of enhancing membership acquisition and retention, while also diversifying and strengthening ICF’s global presence with a strong focus on sustainable growth. The Regional Manager will support the Middle East & Asia Pacific region and will report to the Regional Director - Middle East & Asia Pacific. Preferred candidate locations for this role include Saudi Arabia or the UAE. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages relations with Chapter leadership teams and multinational Chapter forumsProvides support for Chapter operations and capacity/community buildingMaintains accurate Chapter records and details of Chapter leadership teamsSupports the Director and PC team in maximizing ICF’s impact and visibilityReaches out regularly to Chapter leaders to support new and existing resources including ICF PC Annual Chapter Support Calendar, toolkits, chapter leader platforms, event information, forum calls, etc.Responds to inquiries regarding the formation of new ICF ChaptersDevelops relationships and partnerships with third-party entities, such as CE providers, corporate organizations, partner organizations, etc. that can be harnessed as pipelines of ICF membership.Facilitates education programs and prepares and delivers presentations for volunteer leaders and membersCollaborates with Chapter leadership to support Chapter and regional activities, including facilitating forum meetings and coordinating regional activitiesProvides continuity of service and leadership in the environment of evolving volunteer leadershipServes as a “dissemination and distribution channel” for global programs and servicesManages performance to established KPIsSupports implementation and enhancement of existing leadership development programsSupports a regional performance management process for all Chapters to measure and evaluate progress toward goal and drive Chapter developmentProvides connection between ICF PC staff and regional communitiesMaintains regular cadence of inter-regional communicationWorks collaboratively with representatives from other Family Organizations to handle inquiries from members and credentialed coachesCoordinate and manage logistical arrangements for regional events as required, ensuring seamless planning and executionOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSExcellent writing, communication, and organizational skillsInternational professional association management experience strongly preferredWorks well independently and in a team environmentStrong customer service initiativeTop administrative and budget management skillsExceptional multi-tasking, project management, and time management skillsUniversity degree or equivalentExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsExcels at working with a globally diverse networkTravel as neededInitiative with a high sense of responsibility and autonomyGlobal and inclusive mindsetTechnologically proficient in hardware, office software, and social mediaAdditional languages a plusWHY JOIN ASSOCIATIONS INTERNATIONAL?We hire diverse and talented people who drive the success of our partner associations by bringing their talents, passions, and expertise to the team.
