Job Summary: We are actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic Giga Projects team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the electrical and giga project sectors, with a focus on experience with transformative initiatives such as NEOM and the Red Sea Project. Responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, building and maintaining robust client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in business development within the electrical and giga project industries.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and explore potential market avenues in the giga project field. Analyze market size, top customers, competitors, value chains, etc., and contribute to establishing/improving the industry ecosystemUnderstand and succinctly summarize the application needs of industry clients, providing crucial support in the development of application solutionsDevelop industry battle manuals and execute benchmark customer business breakthroughsFormulate and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base, with a specific focus on experience with Giga projects like NEOM and the Red Sea ProjectCultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients in the electrical and giga project industriesCollaborate with technical teams to comprehend customer needs, offer technical solutions, and liaise with the sales department for public relations with major clients, promoting industry application solutionsEstablish internal communication channels to optimize industry information and resourcesIdentify and participate in relevant industry events and conferences to stay abreast of industry trends and technologiesWork closely with the team to ensure the successful execution of projectsRequirementsRequirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field, with a preference for candidates with experience in automation Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in sales techniques, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote colleagues and customers Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, etc., as needed
