Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Architect with an architectural background to support the growth of our firm by identifying new opportunities, analyzing project documents, and preparing cost estimates.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the architecture and construction field.
• Analyze architectural drawings, project scopes, and BOQs to support accurate pricing and proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and project studies to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with both technical and client-facing teams to align on project goals and delivery.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and proposals for public and private sector projects.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals and maintain long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
