The incumbent is in charge with his Commercial Manager to develop the commercial activities of the company on all lines, to increase the other revenues.Profil De Candidat Recherché Dealing with current and upcoming commercial contracts. Ease, support all commercial and advertising agency requirements. Conceptualize and recommend design and lay-out of commercial spaces/retail businesses, both regular spaces and kiosks, and advertising medium located in Cairo Metro Line 3 stations & Capital train. Collaborate with all company departments required for any activity regarding commercial. Make sure that all rented shops, kiosks, and advertising agencies in our lines are following our rules and safety measures. To conduct work permit for all required actions to be done in our stations. Monitor all commercial activities in the station. Coordinate with advertising agency events to be done in stations.Qualifications B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree in in Marketing or any relevant discipline.Knowledge Trends and market Profile for non-rail business. Lease Contract agreements. Networking. Persuasion. Sales Planning Identification of customer needs and challenges. Market Knowledge. CRM. Microsoft Office.Experience 3-5 Years combined experience in business development, Sales, and Space Leasing. 3 years in a supervisory level.Desired Behaviors & Experiences Appreciation and experience in dealing with customers and sensitive issues. Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and as part of a team. An appreciation of operational procedures.
