- Ensure support to sales organizations including retailers for quicker customer acquisition.
- Liaise with both sales team and clients to set appointments, follow up, conduct visits.
- Validate new activation documents for the prospective clients and react to the emerging requirements.
- Manage contractual aspects with the acquired clients considering documents compliance regulations and        owner’s cards issuing and delivery.
- Support and assist clients to collect the required employees documents for account opening to commence      the on-boarding process.
- Support and assist Logistics department in the card delivery required client’s preferences.
- Demonstrate platform receptive media and conduct training session to clarify the employees on-boarding      and payment journey.
-Follow up with the internal departments in respect of facilitating the entire acquisition process.
