Recruiter Specialist - Tamheer

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Candidate Management:Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and cultural fit requirements.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review.Employer Branding:Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
