Job Brief
Our client in the engineering sector is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to oversee project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, and should be proficient in preparing baselines, tracking project progress, and developing delay analysis and EOT claims.
Experience in infrastructure and MEP projects is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Prepare project baselines and ensure alignment with contractual milestones and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
Analyze project delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims in coordination with project teams.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to gather updates and ensure accurate progress tracking.
Identify deviations from the baseline and recommend corrective actions to maintain timelines.
Assist in resource planning, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessments.
Support project controls, budgeting, and performance monitoring as per company standards.
Ensure compliance with project planning procedures and client reporting requirements.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in infrastructure and MEP projects.
