Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to join our team for ongoing projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Job Location: Dubai - UAE (United Arab Emirates)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site technicians and workers and facilitate their activities
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of tasks
- Read and interpret project blueprints, plans, and schedules
- Report daily progress and manage site resources effectively
- Communicate with project managers, main contractors, and subcontractors as needed
- Act as the first point of communication during project execution

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman in construction, maintenance, or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and teams on-site
- Familiarity with safety protocols and site operations
- Strong English and Arabic language
- UAE experience preferred
