A Executive Recruiter is looking to appoint an exceptional Director of Sales to join a strong luxury Hotel Brand in Dubai.The DOSM role:You will accept responsibility for the efficient operation of your department to provide exceptional products and services within this luxury brand operating standards and budget.You will work strategically with the General Manager to develop cohesive and productive goals for your department and establish procedures/guidelines to achieve them.You will drive the right business at the right price to ensure the property achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.
