You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and effective communication strategies.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including advertising campaigns, digital content, print materials, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency. Manage the resort's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. Lead public relations efforts to secure media coverage and cultivate relationships with key media contacts. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop integrated marketing and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and occupancy. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality or fashion industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics. Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to adapt to the needs of an international clientele. Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is a plus.
