The role can either be based in their Dubai (Business Bay) or Georgia (Batumi) office.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall marketing planning of the gaming platform, including brand positioning, marketing and user growth strategies.Based on market analysis and user research, formulate innovative marketing plans to enhance brand influence and market share.Manage marketing budgets, optimize advertising and marketing channels, ensure efficient marketing expenditures and maximize ROI.Lead the team to creatively execute marketing strategies to ensure they are consistent with brand image and business goals.Track and evaluate the performance of marketing activities and promptly adjust strategies to respond to market changes.Requirements:Have senior management experience in marketing planning in gaming platforms or related industries.Proficient in marketing theory and familiar with digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.Possess strong creative thinking and strategic planning skills, able to formulate and execute far-reaching marketing plans.Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to guide the team to achieve performance goals.Have strict data analysis skills and financial management awareness, and be able to accurately evaluate marketing investment returns.
